Last updated September 16, 2026. These terms govern your use of SecLeaderAcademy (the "Service"), operated by SecLeaderAcademy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
A purchase unlocks course modules, flashcards, and the question bank for one specific certification for six months from the date of activation, as described on our pricing page. Access does not renew automatically; it ends at the six-month mark unless you purchase again.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Team-seat accounts are administered by the purchasing manager, who assigns and reassigns seats.
You may not share your account credentials with others outside your own team seats, redistribute or resell course content, flashcards or question-bank material, or use the Service to prepare exam-dump content for redistribution elsewhere.
SecLeaderAcademy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, SANS, PMI, or the COBIT programme. All certification names are the property of their respective vendors. Passing our practice material is not a guarantee of passing any vendor's exam.
We review every question and module against the relevant vendor's published exam outline, but outlines change and errors are possible. If you find one, report it via our contact page — we don't guarantee the material is error-free.
The Service is provided as a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results, and our liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid for the certification in question. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
