Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SecLeaderAcademy (the "Service"), operated by SecLeaderAcademy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
Plans and prices
SecLeaderAcademy is sold by subscription. Monthly is $29 a month and Annual is $249 a year; both are for one learner and include courses, flashcards and questions for every certification we offer, Dorsa Bank, the Standards catalog and Community. Annual adds CPE tracking. The AI Coach is an add-on at $12 a month (billed $144 a year with an Annual plan). Team is $39 per seat per month from five seats, includes everything in Annual plus the AI Coach for each seat, and is set up with our team. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes shown at checkout.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We'll show the renewal date in Account → Purchases & access. If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know; access may pause until the payment succeeds. If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Account → Purchases & access. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing further is charged. Your notes, results and other account data stay in your account after a plan ends, and you can export or delete them at any time from Account → Data and privacy.
Account and access
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account. A subscription is for one person; Team seats are assigned and reassigned by the organisation's administrators, who can also see their team members' progress as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not share your account with others, redistribute or resell course content, flashcards or question-bank material, post exam dumps or recalled exam questions, or use the Service to harass other members. Community posts, chat messages and reviews are checked by automated safety tools and moderators, and may be held or removed under our community rules.
No affiliation with certification vendors
SecLeaderAcademy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, SANS, PMI, or the COBIT programme. All certification names are the property of their respective vendors. Passing our practice material is not a guarantee of passing any vendor's exam, and CPE records here are your own log, not a submission to any certification body.
Content accuracy
We review every question and module against the relevant vendor's published exam outline, but outlines change and errors are possible. If you find one, report it from the question or lesson, or via our contact page; we don't guarantee the material is error-free.
Liability and changes
The Service is provided as a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results, and our liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, for active subscribers, emailed before they take effect.
